Stress and low-carb is a winning combo for me too ;) I really hate the definition of obese. I think of obese as at least 100 pounds overweight. My five year old is very intense, and needy and is the kind of kid who if he has too many choices he'll melt down. He has signs of being OCD on top of all the other issues.
